Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee all quality assurance functions within the Advanced Manufacturing Design Centre (AMDC), ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards.

  • Support the implementation and maintenance of company Quality Management System (QMS) and associated quality plans.

  • Ensure consistent quality performance throughout AMDC production processes by enforcing production quality standards.

  • Manage activities related to the Production Organisation Approval (POA), ensuring compliance with aviation authority regulations.

  • Oversee and manage the non-conformance process, including defect tracking, analysis, and trending for continuous improvement.

  • Develop and lead the execution of inspection plans to ensure product and process quality.

  • Confirm that appropriate inspection steps are clearly defined and integrated into manufacturing documentation.

  • Ensure that all Inspection, Measuring, and Test Equipment (IMTE) are properly calibrated and meet operational standards.

  • Verify the conformity and operational readiness of jigs and tooling, where applicable.

  • Collaborate with the Design Organisation to coordinate and close non-conformity reports in a timely manner.

  • Perform additional quality-related duties as delegated by the Head of AMDC.

Requirements:

  • Relevant background in Electrical / Mechanical / Aerospace Engineering

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience, particularly with experience in manufacturing and special processes audit

  • AS9100 certified auditor

  • Possess knowledge in aircraft structure parts, components, hardware, consumables or manufacturing process

  • Possess basic knowledge of airworthiness requirement

  • Part 21 sub-part J/G knowledge /Additive Manufacturing related knowledge / project management experience is added advantage.
