Job information: 3 Months Contract (Renewable depending on performance & Business needs)

Job Description

  • Unloading parcels from skids/pallet boxes
  • Performing manual physical counting of items
  • Entering records into the system accurately and promptly
  • Ensure any manual lifting and maneuvering of products is carried out in accordance with manual handling procedures
  • Operate in a safe manner, complying with all Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements to ensure own and the safety of others.
  • Keep the Management informed of any discrepancy, abnormality, and potential safety hazard(s), whether it is work or non-work related.
  • Keep areas of work clean and tidy to ensure operational efficiency, where daily housekeeping is mandatory.

Requirements

  • N-Level or O-Level preferred.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak simple English.
  • Minimum PC Skills are required.
  • Able to work well as part of a team.
  • Positive, can-do attitude.
  • Good numeracy skills and a keen eye for accuracy and detail.
  • Ability to plan and organize work.
  • Flexible approach to duties and tasks assigned.
  • Good understanding of customer deliverables and the impact of failure / cost of poor quality.
  • An understanding of health and safety requirements.
  • Experience in other warehouse environments is preferred, although training will still be provided.
