Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide training, orientation, and support to help new and current nursing staff build and maintain their skills.
  • Set up a supportive and effective clinical learning environment for students and new staff.
  • Develop and run training sessions based on the needs of each unit and specialty area.
  • Help make sure patient care follows proper nursing standards and support Nurse Managers with clinical and training matters.
  • Offer training to non-nursing staff and volunteers, and support hospital-wide training based on MOH and organizational needs.

Requirement:

  • Diploma or Degree in Nursing.
  • Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
  • Specialist Diploma in Clinical Education is an advantage.
