This role involves overseeing the reliability and maintenance of mechanical systems at a critical industrial facility, providing technical support, leading maintenance strategies, and ensuring compliance with engineering standards to maintain safe and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning of mechanical systems, including pumps, compressors, piping, and pressure vessels.
- Develop preventive maintenance programs to enhance equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
- Supervise contractors and vendors to ensure safe and high-quality mechanical work execution.
- Manage statutory inspections and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement engineering improvements for operational efficiency.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 3 years of experience in heavy industries such as oil, gas, petrochemical, or power plants.
- Strong knowledge of rotating/static equipment, pressure systems, and mechanical integrity standards.
- Experience in predictive maintenance and failure analysis (e.g., vibration monitoring, API standards).
- Location: Jurong Island (Company transport provided)
