Semiconductor Equipment Parts Repair Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose, repair, and refurbish semiconductor equipment parts to OEM-level standards.
  • Perform electrical and electronic repairs for high-precision components such as RF systems, power supplies, and control boards.
  • Conduct functional testing and failure analysis to improve part reliability and yield.
  • Maintain detailed repair documentation and coordinate with customers and service teams.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 20 years of experience in repair and refurbishment of semiconductor equipment or components.
  • Expertise in repairing parts from major OEMs such as AMAT and LAM Research.
  • Proven experience in RF-related systems including RPS, RF Matcher, Generator, Microwave, Power Supply, PCB, etc.
  • Ability to interpret schematics and perform component-level troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of ESD handling, cleanroom protocols, and functional test standards preferred.
