The Opportunity

The Job

  • Perform reconciliation of Nostro accounts, Intermediary accounts and Security Cash & Position accounts covering Wealth Management businesses
  • Follow up with various processing teams on un-reconciled items, GL imbalances and securities position differences.
  • Perform investigation of breaks/differences identified and do necessary follow-up
  • Process matching instructions received from processing Units
  • Ensure all assigned reconciliation are completed within agreed SLA timelines
  • Identify O/D balances in Custodian Cash accounts and escalate to appropriate WMO teams for investigations and follow-up
  • Escalate issues/concerns to Team Manager and work towards resolution
  • Process Manual Journal Entries (MJE) from Front Office and Back Office within agreed SLA
  • Perform checks to ensure MJE forms are filled correctly and validate DOA in order before processing in system
  • Process mass upload of entries using CSV Template.

The Talent

  • 2-3 years of Ops Analyst/ Ops Support experience
  • Ability to work in a high volume, dynamic environment while maintaining operational excellence
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels
  • Proficiency in MS Product Suite i.e., Excel, Word
  • Experience supporting in Wealth Management operations is a strong advantage
