Job Responsibilities

  • Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for projects.
  • Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve issues and meet project requirements.
  • Review and prepare technical documents, drawings, method statements, and reports.
  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and escalate delays or risks to the Project Manager.
  • Assist in managing project budgets, claims, variation orders, and procurement of materials.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements at all times.
  • Conduct site inspections and coordinate testing & commissioning activities.
  • Mentor and guide site engineers, supervisors, and technicians in their daily tasks.
  • Attend meetings with stakeholders and prepare minutes of meetings with follow-up action plans.

Job Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related Engineering discipline.
  • 3–6 years of experience in M&E or construction project execution, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory/coordination role.
  • Familiarity with Singapore's building codes, safety regulations, and construction practices.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to manage stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, or related project management software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • PMP or equivalent certification will be an advantage.
