Are you a detail-oriented accounting professional looking to grow your career in a dynamic and supportive environment? We are expanding our Finance team and looking for a
Finance Executive (Accounting)
who enjoys hands-on work, ownership, and continuous learning.


What You Will Do

  • Manage day-to-day finance operations, including invoice checking, bookkeeping, and accounting entries.
  • Support
    monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
    and ensure accuracy of financial statements.
  • Handle
    tax filing activities
    and ensure compliance with all Singapore tax regulations (GST, corporate tax, etc.).
  • Liaise with external
    tax agents and auditors
    to facilitate tax matters and annual audits.
  • Prepare required financial documents, schedules, and reports.
  • Assist with any ad-hoc finance tasks or improvement projects assigned by management.


What We're Looking For

  • Diploma or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience
    in accounting or finance, preferably with exposure to full-set accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and Singapore tax regulations.
  • Proficient in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Highly detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work both independently and in a team.
  • Strong communication skills in
    both English and Chinese
    (written & verbal).
  • Must have
    legal work rights in Singapore
    .
