*Key Responsibilities:*

* *Team Leadership & Management:*

* Lead, mentor, and manage a team of handphone repair technicians.

* Schedule shifts and assign tasks to ensure efficient workflow.

* Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

* Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance team environment.

* *Technical Operations & Quality Control:*

* Oversee the diagnosis, repair, and quality testing of all devices (iPhones, Android phones, tablets, etc.).

* Serve as the final point of escalation for complex repairs and technical challenges.

* Implement and enforce strict quality control standards for all repairs.

* Ensure all repairs are completed within the promised timeframe.

* *Inventory & Supply Management:*

* Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment.

* Forecast parts needs and place orders with suppliers to avoid shortages.

* Control inventory costs and minimize waste.

* *Training & Development:*

* Develop and conduct ongoing training programs for technicians on new repair techniques, new phone models, and safety procedures.

* Stay up-to-date with the latest technological trends and repair methodologies.

* *Customer Service:*

* Handle customer inquiries and concerns related to technical issues, providing expert explanations and solutions.

* Work with the front desk/sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

* *Process Improvement:*

* Analyze repair data to identify trends, common issues, and opportunities for improvement.

* Develop and optimize repair processes to increase efficiency and reduce turnaround time.

*Qualifications & Requirements:*

* Proven experience (min. [e.g., 3-5] years) as a senior mobile phone technician, with at least [e.g., 2] years in a supervisory or team lead role.

* Expert-level knowledge of hardware and software repair for a wide range of smartphones (Apple iPhone, Samsung, Huawei, Xiaomi, etc.).

* Strong proficiency in micro-soldering, board-level repair, and component replacement.

* Experience with inventory management and supply chain ordering.

* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

* Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.

* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

* A customer-centric mindset.

*Preferred Qualifications:*

* Relevant technical certifications (e.g., Apple AST, Samsung Certification, etc.).

* Experience using repair management software.
