About the Role:

Knowledge Management

  • Prepare the marketing materials for projects such as prepare brochures, property information, assisting in rolling out social media marketing activities
  • Prepare the investment memo and information memorandum after project is secured
  • Ensure proper documentation of every project after RFP submission.
  • Where possible, drive streamlining of pitch management process for smoother and faster

turnaround of RFP.

  • Actively share information and provide support to fellow Brokers when needed, thus helping to build a close-knit, high-performing team

Administrative

  • Generate listing options for marketing campaigns of both sales and lease projects
  • Manage, maintain and update customers contact database
  • Assist the HOD and operators on options and proposals preparation
  • Scout for new space / building options (opportunities) for the team via online platform.
  • Perform invoicing duties to clients
  • Assist the logistics and industrial team on rolling out marketing programs for appointed

projects and any other matters related to marketing.

  • Coordination with Finance on invoicing matters
  • Liaise with our cross border colleagues on fees and invoicing matters
