Marketing Manager

We are seeking a creative, driven, and highly organised Marketing Manager to lead all marketing, branding, and promotional efforts for Meet 2 Wine Bar & Restaurant. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for strengthening our brand identity, driving customer traffic, boosting revenue through strategic promotions, and managing online and offline marketing initiatives across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Management & Strategy
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy to strengthen Meet2 Wine Bar's brand presence.
- Ensure consistent brand identity across all touchpoints, including menu design, posters, signage, social media, and digital advertising.
- Analyse industry trends and competitor activities to position Meet2 as a premium yet approachable wine destination.
- Manage and grow all social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google).
- Plan monthly content calendars, oversee content production (photos, videos), and ensure timely posting.
- Run paid social campaigns (Meta, Google Ads) to increase visibility and customer engagement.
- Monitor analytics and provide monthly performance reports.
- Plan, create, and execute promotions, seasonal campaigns, and special events
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless on-ground execution.
- Design or oversee the creation of posters, banners, digital screens, WhatsApp blasts, and print collaterals.
- Build partnerships and collaborations with media, influencers, corporate clients and mall management.
- Manage press releases, and invitations for key events.
- Liaise with Suntec City marketing team for mall-wide promotions.
- Strengthen customer loyalty through database marketing, membership programmes, and WhatsApp campaigns.
- Oversee feedback management, Google reviews response, and customer engagement strategies.
- Plan and monitor marketing budgets to ensure cost-effective campaigns.
- Track ROI and KPIs for every campaign and adjust strategies accordingly.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of marketing experience in the F&B or hospitality industry preferred.
- Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and social media.
- Familiar with design tools (Photoshop, Canva), video editing apps, and content creation.
- Strong knowledge of F&B consumer behaviour and market trends.
