Job Responsibilities:

• Handle end to end payroll processing for Singapore and other Asia countries.
• Ensure all instructions are in accordance with company policies, including allowances (fixed/ad-hoc), overtimes pay and reimbursement etc.
• Ensuring the payroll cycle (main, off-cycle & ad-hoc) are processed, reconciled, audited and transmitted accurately and timely.
• Work with vendors collaboratively to ensure smooth, accurate and on time payroll process.
• Ensure timely statutory contribution and submission.
• Communicate with employees regards to queries for payroll and employment tax.
• Act as Payroll SME and participate in regional payroll implementation project.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of payroll experience in any industry
• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing payroll requests in Singapore
• Minimum of 1 year of experience handling vendors
• Demonstrated understanding of Singapore payroll processes and tax regulations
• Hands-on experience with payroll, especially with handling payroll vendor
• Familiarity using Excel and spreadsheets
• Proven ability to analyse payroll data, identify discrepancies, and ensure compliance with internal and statutory standards
• Ability to manage payroll cycles and deliver outputs within established timelines and accuracy benchmarks
