Consultant - Data Governance

Responsibilities

  • At least 5 years of experience in Data Governance & Data Quality implementation with bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

  • Strong expertise in Google Cloud Dataplex services and Familiarity with modern data governance platforms (e.g., Collibra, Alation, Atlan and Informatica CDGC)

  • Proven experience in designing and deploying data management solutions using Google Cloud Dataplex, integrating data lakes, data warehouses, BI applications and Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python.

  • Experience in data lineage, metadata management, and role-based access control (RBAC) within Dataplex.

  • Hands-on experience in implementing data processing frameworks on GCP BigQuery and Google Cloud Storage.

Skills/Requirement

  • Experience on Reltio MDM and Any Data governance certifications are added advantage.

  • Solid understan

ding of cloud platforms (preferably Google Cloud) and AWS services.

  • Familiarity with data processing frameworks like Apache Spark, Cloud Dataflow and experience with the Google Dataform, Apache Airflow, Tableau, Power BI and Looker

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
