About the role

Shakura Pigmentation Beauty is seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Receptionist to join our beauty salon in the west Region. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth running of our salon operations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Handling customer inquiries and bookings, both in-person and via phone or online
  3. Maintaining a thorough understanding of our salon's services, packages, and pricing
  4. Ensuring a well-organised and clean reception area
  5. Assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
  6. Providing general administrative support to the salon team
  7. Maintaining client records and data in our salon management system

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably within the beauty or hospitality industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
