**Working day and hours**: Sunday 9am-5pm

**Job Scope**:
You will be assisting the Centre Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the Math tuition centre. Your key areas of responsibility will include, but not limited to the following:

- Handling enquiries via phone or walk-in;
- Replying to WhatsApp messages from parents, scheduling trial and makeup classes;
- Assisting in disinfection and cleaning of classrooms and common areas;
- Marking homework using answer keys provided;
- Printing of lesson materials;
- Administering Math assessments for potential students
- Any other administrative matters.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma holders and above
- Enjoy working with children
- Can commit for min. 6 months
- Prior admin or teaching experience is a plus

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week

Schedule:

- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- Local Polytechnic Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
