-Liaise with both academics, external instructors and industry practitioners for programmes -Support in securing funding and subsidies for the development of programs, including marketing of lifelong learning programmes locally and overseas -Support in data collection in strategic plans and program related processes, including the certification and attendance endorsement -Work closely with various departments and external vendors to organize and ensure both lifelong learning and transferrable skills programmes run smoothly -Manage any administrative and logistics matters related to the programmes -Assist in budget monitoring and planning of transferrable skills programmes Requirements A recognized university degree At least 3 years of administrative working experience, preferably in the tertiary education sector Excellent planning and organization skills Possess good communication and writing skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (including Words, Excel, Teams) and online meeting platforms (Zoom) People -oriented, collaborative and a team player Applicants who possessrelevant experience for the above responsibilities are most welcome to apply.If you do not possess the above experience, your application will still beconsidered on individual merits and you may be contacted for otheropportunities.
