Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare and conduct routine inspections at the various premises for compliance to WSH/EHS related acts.
  • Plan, co-ordinate and oversee activities related to fire-safety, emergency response, first-aid and WSH/EHS risk assessment and management.
  • Investigate, analyse, report and suggest appropriate prevention measures in the event of incidents/accidents occurred.
  • Responsible for all safety aspects of the maintenance works in the building.
  • Prepare, organize and implement safe work procedures and measures in accordance with MOM regulations.
  • Conduct investigations of WSH infringements and workplace accidents; and recommend remedial actions.
  • Conduct safety related training for the staff & sub-contractors.
  • Conduct WSH induction programme to client's staff.
  • Audit equipment, machinery and assets regularly to ensure that they are in good working condition and equipped with safety protection.
  • Assess and analyse potential risks and make recommendations when new/second hand equipment and machinery are purchased for use.
  • Ensure that risk assessments for all work activities are conducted and to propose recommendation and review them when necessary.
  • Liaise with MOM on all WSH issues. HQ support will be given.
  • Work with the client's Project Office to develop, implement and maintain the WSH/EHS Management System.
  • Assist in FSM related duties as and when required.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in any Engineering discipline/Building/Safety & Health/Environment related or any equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience in Singapore.
  • Registered WSH Officer with MOM
  • FSM Certificate is required.
  • Good knowledge in emergency preparedness, mitigation and response
  • Good team player and good in communication skills.

Location : Punggol, 5.5 work days week
