Responsibilities

1)    Copywrite storyboard content, social media posting and designer brief for various marketing campaigns.

2)    Support the Company events, photo and video shoots.

3)    Conduct market research and explore new tools and trends.

4)    Co-ordinate for the marketing collaterals.

5)    Provide administrative support to the marketing and branding department.

Requirements

1)    Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Business Admin, Mass Communication, or its other related fields (Completed or still studying).

2)    Preferably someone who has been exposed to work in school projects, personal portfolio and working as interns before.

3)    Creative copywriting and basic understanding of marketing tone and voice.

4)    Proficient in using the Microsoft Office, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).

5)    Familiar with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn).

6)    Knowledge of tools like Canva, CapCut, Mailchimp, Meta Business Suite.

7)    Strong in written / verbal communication skills in English (and Mandarin is a bonus).

8)    Organized, Meticulous, Creative, Resourceful.

9)    Willing and available to support marketing activities pertaining to the Company various activities and events during weekends or after working hours.

Other Information

Working Location: Toa Payoh (HDB Hub near Toa Payoh MRT Station)

5-day work week, Mondays to Fridays: 9.00am to 6.00pm
