Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate logistics for Marketing Storage (Gift, Banners, Brochure) and Innovation Centre Room
  • Assist in content creation/marketing collaterals (e.g., social media captions, short videos)
  • Create visual assets like social media graphics or banners using tools like Canva
  • Gather content for the monthly newsletter from stakeholders
  • Follow up with internal teams on pending marketing actions
  • Update and maintain customer database (LinkedIn, company websites, addresses)
  • Document and track LinkedIn social media posts
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, taking notes, and organizing marketing files and digital assets
  • Handle daily marketing admin tasks

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation abilities
  • Canva experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
