Primary Purpose:

You will manage all aspects of the point-of-sale experience—from welcoming customers and processing payments to handling returns, reconciling cash drawers, and maintaining compliance with operational standards. Your role is critical in safeguarding revenue, upholding brand standards, and delivering a seamless checkout experience that reflects our commitment to excellence.

  • Handle general cashiering duties, such as transactions, opening and settlement
  • Manage in store petty cash
  • Accurately process cash, credit card, and digital payments using the POS system.
  • Handle returns, exchanges, and gift card transactions in line with company policies.
  • Input customers data into customer registration card and update CS2000
  • Be knowledgeable of promotion mechanics and upsell at point of transaction
  • Ensure right discount/promo code is updated & new log in CS2000
  • Uphold loss prevention and security procedures at the register.
  • Perform daily cash register reconciliation and ensure accurate settlement of all transactions.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area and front-of-store.
