Head of Marketing – FinTech Platform (Singapore)

Want to lead marketing for a global platform that actually moves markets, not just clicks?

We're partnering with a publicly-listed FinTech that helps hundreds of thousands of people trade stocks, crypto, CFDs, futures and options. They've got 18 offices worldwide, 340,000+ clients, and big plans to grow even faster across Asia.

They're after a Head of Marketing to take charge of Singapore — leading a team of 10+, driving the launch of a brand-new brokerage product, and scaling an already-established trading business.

You'll own everything from brand to performance, digital to PR, partnerships to offline. You'll work side by side with the CEO, sales, product, and client servicing to deliver measurable growth across acquisition, engagement and retention.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead and oversee all marketing activity across Singapore — from digital and social to affiliates, PR and offline.
  • Build and mentor a 10+ person team in a high-autonomy, high-impact environment.
  • Manage multi-million-dollar budgets with a laser focus on ROI.
  • Drive the launch and growth of a new brokerage product while scaling the existing CFD business.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with performance, sales, and product to deliver integrated, data-driven campaigns.
  • Stay ahead of trends, competitors and compliance — and move fast when opportunity knocks.

What you'll bring

  • 10+ years in tech or finance marketing across digital, performance, and brand channels.
  • At least 3 years leading teams and budgets north of USD $10 million.
  • A deep understanding of trading and investment products — CFDs, FX, crypto, stocks.
  • Comfort with CRM and automation tools (Braze, Salesforce), and an interest in Gen AI.
  • Strategic, analytical, creative — with a bias for action.
  • Fluency in English; Mandarin or Bahasa is a bonus.
  • Regional exposure (Malaysia, HK, Taiwan, Thailand) a plus.
