Key Responsibilities

  • Manage & Lead deviations and Variation reduction activities across all Micron Frontend Sites, ensuring perfect execution of processes.
  • Collaborate with Corporate QMS, QRA, Central Teams, and Manufacturing to enaban Best in Class Quality Culture while optimizing wafer output and cost.
  • Lead global teams and develop strategies to improve quality processes and systems, contributing to significant quality improvement projects.
  • Optimize, analyze, and manage deviation controls (Event/QDRs) to continually improve $CoNC/%NCD metrics.
  • Drive deviation reduction projects through enhanced global business processes and analytic system improvements.
  • Evaluate trends and provide direction for corrective actions in collaboration with various teams.
  • Propose and deploy best-known method (BKM) alignment initiatives as the lead for the Effective Problem Solving (EPS) SWAT team.
  • Support manufacturing targets by collaborating with worldwide central and site teams.
  • Form and lead task forces to address quality health or metrics issues when needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • 8-10 years of experience in a related industry with a proven track record of leading multi-functional teams and projects.
  • Strong critical thinking and outstanding problem-solving skills.
  • Expertise in deviation management and quality improvement.
