Singapore SWIFT CARPENTRY PRIVATE LIMITED Full time $80,000 - $120,000 per year

We are a growing wood carpentry and fabrication factory specializing in custom furniture, interior fittings, and large-scale carpentry works. We are seeking a results-driven and well-connected Sales Manager to drive business growth, manage key accounts, and expand our client base in the interior design and construction industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for carpentry and interior works projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with interior designers, contractors, architects, and corporate clients .
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and tenders , working with the design and operations teams to ensure accurate costing.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the operations and project teams to ensure project requirements are met and delivered on time.
  • Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs in the construction and interior fit-out sector.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed individual and group targets.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and market insights to management.
Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 5 years' experience in sales , preferably in carpentry, interior fit-out, construction, or furniture manufacturing .
  • Strong network of contacts within the ID (interior design) and construction industry is highly preferred.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
  • Independent, proactive, and result-oriented with strong leadership abilities.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin/Malay preferred to liaise with clients and suppliers.
