Responsibilities

Team Introduction

The Global Payment team of ByteDance provides payment solutions - including payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, payment method management, foreign exchange conversion, accounting, reconciliations, and so on to ensure that our users have a smooth and secure payment experience on ByteDance platforms including TikTok.

This role supports the Global Payment team in expanding and maintaining ByteDance's global payment network. The position focuses on assisting with payment channel integration, capability enhancement, and operational coordination to ensure smooth and efficient payment connectivity across markets.

We are looking for talented individuals to join the Payment Network Product team for a 12 month contract position based in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Support the integration and expansion of the global payment network by connecting with payment partners such as PSPs, banks, and eWallet providers.
• Work closely with internal product managers and engineers to execute partner onboarding, integration testing, and go-live follow-ups.
• Coordinate with partners to collect business and technical requirements, prepare documentation, and ensure timely project delivery.
• Assist in maintaining and optimizing payment network performance, including monitoring transaction success rates and resolving operational issues.
• Conduct market research on payment methods and new technologies to support business expansion.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 1–2 years of working experience in payment, fintech, or internet-related product roles.
• Basic understanding of payment ecosystems such as card acquiring/issuing, eWallets, bank transfers, and local payment methods.
• Familiar with project or product management processes, including requirement collection, coordination, and testing.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience working with payment gateways, PSPs, or financial institutions.
• Hands-on experience in API integration or payment channel testing.
• Interest in payment technology, fintech products, and global commerce.
