Role Overview

As a Group BI Manager, you will lead the design, development, and delivery of business intelligence solutions that enable data-driven decisions across the global organization. You will manage BI initiatives, ensure data governance, and drive adoption of dashboards, reports, and advanced analytics. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and data models using BI tools (e.g., Power BI)

  • Oversee data collection, validation, and governance processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with enterprise standards

  • Conduct and guide exploratory and advanced data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business growth and efficiency

  • Partner with senior business leaders to gather requirements, translate business needs into BI solutions, and deliver actionable insights

  • Establish and maintain reporting standards, documentation, and data definitions to support data strategy and governance

  • Drive user adoption and enablement, embedding BI tools into everyday business workflows through training and collaboration

  • Manage and mentor a team of BI professionals (and interns, if applicable), fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Finance, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or related roles

  • Proven expertise with BI tools (Power BI preferred) and strong proficiency in data manipulation (e.g., Excel Power Query)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into strategic insights

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills to work effectively across global teams

  • Passion for enabling data-driven decision-making and driving BI adoption at scale
