About the Opportunity

We are a well-established medical centre providing comprehensive healthcare services, including Executive Health Screening and General Practice (GP) services. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Designated Workplace Doctor (DWD) to lead our GP clinic division, ensuring high-quality patient care and seamless medical services. Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the Designated Workplace Doctor (DWD) for occupational health cases and workplace medical assessments.
  • Provide primary care services, including acute and chronic disease management.
  • Oversee and ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
  • Conduct pre-employment medical examinations, health screenings, and fitness to work assessments.
  • Work closely with the Executive Health Screening team to support corporate clients and individual patients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and ensure compliance with regulatory and data protection guidelines.
  • Provide medical advisory services to corporates regarding workplace health, ergonomics and occupational disease prevention.
Requirements

Fully registered medical practitioner with the Singapore Medical Council (SMC).

  • Certified Designated Workplace Doctor (DWD) under MOM regulations.
  • At least 3 years of GP and/or occupational health experience preferred.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and interest in occupational health and executive health screening.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
