What You'll Be Doing
- Conceptualize unique, client-inspired designs with detailed specs and materials
- Handle design development and **oversee implementation** from start to finish
- Create mood boards, 3D visuals, layout plans, and hand-drawn perspectives
- Prepare **tender drawings** and technical documents as needed
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and project managers to meet design, **budget**, and **timeline** requirements
- Deliver stunning, professional solutions—on time, every time

What You Bring
- Preferable chinese/mandarin speaker
- Diploma or Bachelor’s in **Interior Design or Interior Architecture**:

- **Fluent in Chinese (spoken, reading & writing)** for project and client liaison
- Proficient in **AutoCAD LT**, **SketchUp**, **Enscape**, **Adobe Photoshop & InDesign**:

- Bonus if you know **Revit** and have **project management experience**:

- 2-4 years of design experience in residential/commercial interior renovation
- Strong understanding of design processes, M&E coordination, BOQs, and detailed construction drawings
- Confident communicator, self-starter, and team player who isn’t afraid to take the lead
- A sharp eye for design trends, details, and experiential aesthetics

Pay: $4,000.00 - $4,300.00 per month
