About the Role

As a Retail Sales Executive, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding experience to every customer. You will contribute to the store's sales and performance goals while supporting the overall team and upholding the brand's core values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional and welcoming service to all customers
  • Build long-term relationships and follow up with clients to create repeat business
  • Understand customer needs and offer suitable product recommendations
  • Grow your client portfolio through strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain showroom standards and assist with merchandising
  • Collaborate with both front-of-house and back-of-house teams
  • Support operational procedures and adhere to company policies

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality (furniture or fashion preferred)
  • A genuine interest in interiors and home design
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
  • Team player with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Ability to lift and handle boxes up to 15kg
  • Strong proficiency in written and spoken English

Working Hours and Location

  • 5-day work week (Sunday to Thursday)
  • Weekdays: 10am to 7pm
  • Weekends and Public Holidays: 9am to 6pm
