About the role

As a Contract Finance Officer at ComfortDelGro Engineering Pte Ltd, you will play a crucial role in the company's financial operations. Reporting to the Finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial accounting and reporting support on a contract basis. What you'll be doing

  1. Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable
  2. Assist with the month-end and year-end closing process, ensuring timely and compliant financial reporting
  3. Perform bank reconciliations and cash management activities
  4. Support the preparation of financial statements, budgets and forecasts
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial analysis and insights
  6. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
  7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and controls

What we're looking for

  1. Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
  2. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in financial accounting and reporting
  3. Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting and cash management
  4. Proficient in using financial software and Microsoft Office applications
  5. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  7. Good communication and interpersonal skills
