About the role

We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retail Associate to join our dynamic team at Untoldstr' in Paya Lebar East. This is a full-time position, where you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing excellent customer service by greeting, assisting, and building relationships with customers
  • Maintaining an organised and visually appealing store environment by stocking shelves, merchandising products, and keeping the store clean and tidy
  • Handling cash and card transactions, processing returns and exchanges, and providing accurate information to customers
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and brand information to provide informed recommendations to customers
  • Assisting with inventory management, stock-taking, and other operational tasks as required

What we're looking for

  • Proven customer service experience in a retail or sales environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and work effectively as part of a team
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain a neat and organised work environment
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • A passion for the retail industry and a desire to contribute to the growth and success of the business
