Six (6) days' work week.

Medical / training benefits / special leave (Saturday off) with terms and conditions.

No overtime pay/allowances.

Responsibilities:

  • To monitor progress of the works on site and to report delays immediately.
  • To assist Resident Engineer and/or Architect and Engineer in all aspects relating to the construction of the project.
  • To maintain proper and update daily records of all works done, including records of tests, inspections, status of works, safety, site diary, materials and equipment on site, labour, day works, provisional quantities etc.
  • To attend all meetings relating to the project and other duties as directed by the Architects and Consultants from time to time.
  • To attend to contractor's queries and coordinate works of main contractor and direct contractors.
  • To undertake any other duties related to the project and when instructed by the consultant team.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 year(s) of Civil work experience with strong knowledge of Singapore construction practices.
  • Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction / Structural.
  • Registered RTO with IES/BCA with valid certification.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Supervision experience on midrise structure project, contiguous bored pile (CBP), earth retaining support structure (ERSS), prestressed structure, piling and all associated construction works.
  • Supervision experience on underground pedestrian link (UPL)/ underground structure construction works.
