Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely delivery of orders to guests' rooms, with all items presented in an appealing and organized manner.
  • Assist in maintaining clean and organized in-room dining stations.
  • Handle basic guest inquiries and ensure special requests are passed along to the appropriate team members.
  • Assist with the preparation of orders and ensure they are delivered accurately.
  • Maintain a general knowledge of the menu to help guests with basic questions.
  • Follow established procedures for handling cash and credit card transactions.
  • Maintain cleanliness and adhere to basic health and safety standards.

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in a server or hospitality role is preferred.
  • Good communication skills to interact with guests and colleagues.
  • Attention to detail in delivering orders accurately.
  • Ability to work under basic pressure in a fast-paced environment.
