Job Responsibilities
- Ensure timely delivery of orders to guests' rooms, with all items presented in an appealing and organized manner.
- Assist in maintaining clean and organized in-room dining stations.
- Handle basic guest inquiries and ensure special requests are passed along to the appropriate team members.
- Assist with the preparation of orders and ensure they are delivered accurately.
- Maintain a general knowledge of the menu to help guests with basic questions.
- Follow established procedures for handling cash and credit card transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and adhere to basic health and safety standards.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in a server or hospitality role is preferred.
- Good communication skills to interact with guests and colleagues.
- Attention to detail in delivering orders accurately.
- Ability to work under basic pressure in a fast-paced environment.
