Head of Bodyshop & Paint

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all bodyshop and paint activities, ensuring the department meets overall profitability targets.
  • Ensure all repair work complies with manufacturer standards and meets insurance partners' expectations for turnaround time, repair quality, and claim requirements.
  • Supervise and coordinate in-house contractors to maintain repair standards and achieve timely job completion.
  • Lead and guide the team toward business goals while fostering continuous improvement, operational excellence, and efficiency.
  • Perform any additional duties assigned by your superior.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with a minimum of 10 years' managerial experience in bodyshop and paint operations.
  • Strong technical expertise in continental vehicle repair and maintenance.
  • Proven leadership abilities with a strong drive for high performance.
  • Excellent communication and people-management skills.
