Job Title: Full Stack Developer

Overview We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to lead our software development team in delivering innovative and high-quality software products and services. This role requires a deep understanding of software development best practices, hands-on technical expertise, and strong leadership skills to guide a team toward meeting project goals on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the software development team, setting priorities, allocating resources, and ensuring timely delivery of projects within budget.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers, helping them solve complex challenges and produce robust, high-quality software.
  • Oversee testing and quality assurance processes to ensure software meets the highest standards.
  • Collaborate closely with product and design teams to align development work with business goals and user requirements.
  • Stay current with emerging software development technologies and best practices, sharing insights to drive innovation and improve processes.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including business and delivery teams, to ensure software products meet both customer and business needs.
  • Provide regular progress updates and highlight potential risks or issues to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of software development experience, with a strong focus on web and mobile application development.
  • Proven track record in leading development teams and successfully delivering software products on time and within budget.
  • Expertise in agile methodologies, continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD), and cloud-based technologies.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a development team.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, and .NET Core, and frameworks such as React, , and Django.
  • Experience in testing and QA methodologies, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality, reliable software.
  • Passionate about innovation and keeping up with the latest development trends and tools.
