What You Will Learn:
Gain hands-on experience in social media marketing with a focus on video content creation. You'll work with our marketing team across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and XiaoHongShu, while supporting ad hoc tasks to gain exposure to different aspects of brand marketing.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Video Content Creation: Plan, script, film, edit, and post engaging short-form videos across social media platforms. Ensure all content aligns with the brand's voice and resonates with our target audience.
- Social Media Management: Assist with daily content posting and management on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and XiaoHongShu. Engage with followers to maintain an active social presence.
- Content Strategy & Planning: Develop content ideas that align with brand goals and current trends, with a focus on video-driven content. Propose creative ways to adapt social media trends for campaigns while ensuring consistency and top-of-mind awareness across all brands
- Campaign Brainstorming: Contribute fresh, creative concepts for both organic and paid campaigns. Suggest video formats, hooks, and storytelling angles that can drive brand awareness and engagement
- Content Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of video and social media content, providing recommendations for optimization to improve reach and engagement.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall brand objectives and campaigns. Ensure all messaging feels consistent but tailored to each brand's identity
Who We Are Looking For:
- Qualifications: Minimum diploma, or undergraduate or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Film, Video, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Passion for Content Creation: You must love creating content on social media, with a particular interest in video production. You should have a natural talent for storytelling and a drive to engage audiences through visual content.
- Familiarity with Social Media Platforms: You should be familiar with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social media platforms. Knowledge of XiaoHongShu is a plus but not required.
- Content Creation Tools: Familiarity with content creation tools like Canva, Capcut, or any video editing software is a plus.
- Creative Mindset: A creative thinker who thrives on new ideas and trends, with a strong ability to create engaging video content for various platforms.
- Interest in F&B & Hospitality: While not essential, an interest in the food and beverage or hospitality industry is a plus.
- Bonus: A portfolio or examples of your previous social media posts, videos, or campaigns.
