Singapore ARTEMIS EXECUTIVE SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. Full time $90,000 - $120,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Support Construction Manager in planning of site construction works
  • Prepare all documentation including method statements and other submissions.
  • Coordinate with various Authorities/government/utility agencies for initial site clearance.
  • Coordinate with QP(S) including submission of necessary documents
  • Report on daily issues to Construction Manager.
  • Plan, schedule, and monitor work progress at the site.
  • Continuously ensure adherence to planned timelines.
  • Maintain and monitor quality controls.
  • Prepare and submit all daily/weekly reports as required.
  • Identify and assess any foreseeable risk arising from the workplace or work processes, and minimize the environmental impact associated with the construction activities.
  • Ensure safe work procedures and environmental control measures are implemented at the work site
  • Liaise with authorities, consultants, and subcontractors.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Min 3-7 years of related experience on LTA - MRT or any Civil Infrastructure projects in Singapore
  • Experienced in Station Top Down Method Construction
  • Relevant coordination experience with Government Agencies
