Description Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join our team for a building project. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, ensuring compliance with design specifications, and coordinating with contractors to ensure smooth project execution. This role is critical in maintaining quality and safety standards while adhering to project timelines. Job Responsibilities Supervise and monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, drawings, and contract requirements. Liaise with contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to resolve site issues and ensure timely progress. Conduct site inspections and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Review and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications. Assist in planning work schedules, resources, and manpower. Report on any delays, risks, or discrepancies to the Project Manager and propose corrective actions. Maintain proper documentation of site activities and project records. Job Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in civil engineering. At least 2 years of experience in supervision of works in civil contracts, preferably within building construction projects. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Experience in high-rise or commercial building projects is an advantage.
