
Sales Manager Electronics Component

Job Summary: An exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Sales Manager, driving business growth and customer satisfaction in the electronics industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop account plans, strategies, and tactical actions to expand and increase business share.
- Conduct prospecting, lead generation, and grow the new business opportunities pipeline.
- Drive demand creation through design-ins, value-add solutions, and solution selling.
- Meet annual sales targets set by key suppliers.
- Assist in marketing programs to promote new products and applications.
- Support customer service on demand forecasting and inventory management.
- Prepare Quarterly Business Review presentations and monthly reports for key suppliers.
- Build rapport with decision-makers and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Respond to RFQs (Requests for Quotation) and ensure competitive pricing to secure purchase orders.
- Maintain and promote business rapport with customer and supplier contacts.
- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction metrics such as on-time delivery and scorecard ratings.
- Promptly attend to and resolve quality complaints from customers.
- Research to find new prospects and follow up on leads.
- Obtain and verify product demand forecasts before submitting them to suppliers.
- Review new business opportunities with suppliers and strategize on how to convert them into sales revenue.
- Conduct joint visits with suppliers to existing customers and prospects.
Requirements:
- Experience as a sales manager for 3-5 years in the electronics industry, preferably in electronics components.
- Proficiency in IT skills such as Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact both internally and externally.
- An engineering background is an added advantage.
