Our client is seeking passionate and dedicated Demi Chefs de Partie to join their enthusiastic team as they bring their iconic brasserie experience to Singapore.

The restaurant offers a unique blend of timeless sophistication and modern elegance within one of Singapore's most iconic landmarks. With roots dating back to the 1800s, the beautifully restored heritage building stands as a symbol of the city's rich cultural history. The restaurant aims to recreate the international charm and refined atmosphere of its Europe counterpart while embracing the vibrant energy of its Singapore setting. The focus is on providing guests with an exceptional dining experience, anchored in warm, knowledgeable service and a carefully crafted menu - all set within the grandeur of this historic venue.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Has 1-2 years of relevant experience in a professional kitchen

  • Possesses good technical skills and foundational knowledge of modern European cooking

  • Demonstrates discipline, consistency, and strong attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take charge of a section under the supervision of the Chef de Partie

  • Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all dishes

  • Uphold high standards of hygiene, organisation, and mise-en-place

  • Assist in training and mentoring junior staff
