About The Opportunity

We continue to grow and expand our operations, we're looking for an enthusiastic Junior QC Executive to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves coffee, pays attention to detail, and enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You'll play an important role in maintaining our high product standards, supporting production processes, and ensuring every batch of coffee meets our quality expectations before it reaches our customers.

What You'll Do

Sample Preparation

  • Accurately prepare coffee samples and raw material samples for cupping by observing, tasting and recording characteristics such as colour, grind size, odour and taste profile

Cupping & Sensory Evaluation

  • Conduct and participate in standardized cupping sessions to evaluate flavour, aroma, body, and acidity, identifying defects and overall quality

Documentation & Record-Keeping

  • Maintain detailed records of all samples, evaluations, and findings in a systematic and organized manner

Work Station Maintenance

  • Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and proper functioning of the work station, including maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment

Quality Assurance

  • Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to internal and external quality standards and to help identify root causes of quality deviations

Feedback & Communication

  • Provide sensory evaluation results and feedback to supervisor, roasters, and other related worker to drive improvements in coffee quality

Collaboration

  • Work closely with sourcing, roasting, and packaging teams to address quality issues and contribute to quality improvement initiatives

Others duties

  • Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management
