Job Scope:

Production/ Assembly Technician:

  • Perform mechanical assembly work for production projects, including wire harnesses, cables, and related components.
  • Assemble, modify, or rework components based on drawings
  • Identify and label wires using standard color codes.
  • Support new product builds, cycle counts, and inventory handling.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities and maintain good teamwork.
  • Ensure daily production output and quality standards are met.
  • Carry out other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Calibration Technician:

  • Perform timely and accurate calibration of instruments, including dimensional & mechanical (D&M), electrical, and temperature devices, both in-house and on-site.
  • Be assigned to a suitable section (D&M / Electrical / Temperature) based on skills and experience.
  • Prepare accurate calibration records and certificates promptly.
  • Maintain the calibration laboratory in compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 standards.
  • Support internal traceability and routine instrument maintenance.
  • Assist with ad hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirement

  • Min ITE/ Diploma in Precision / Mechanical / Electrical engineering or any other related field.
  • Experience in Calibration and Testing of Electrical Equipment/ assembly wiring will be added advantage.
  • Entry levels are welcomed as training will be provided.
