THE ROLE
As an HR Intern, you will play a key role in supporting ongoing HR initiatives such as talent mapping and employee engagement surveys, while helping to optimize HR processes to improve efficiency and impact.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
HR Initiatives
- Conduct market research to identify external talent pools key roles.
- Support the design, coordination, and launch of the employee pulse survey.
- Assist in reviewing and optimizing existing HR processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
END OBJECTIVES OF THE INTERNSHIP
By the end of the internship, you will:
- Have successfully identified and mapped critical external talent pools for the organization.
- Gain hands-on experience in planning and executing employee engagement activities.
- Develop practical skills in analyzing and streamlining HR processes.
This internship will give you valuable exposure to the operational and strategic side of HR.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Genuine interest in starting a career in Human Resources.
- Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
