Goose is a SaaS OTT platform that enables creators, cable operators, ISPs, and brands to launch their own streaming services—whether VOD, live, or hybrid—quickly, at scale, and with full brand ownership.

What The Role Is

You will be collaborating with an international team of Product Managers, Designers, Developers, QA, and other business stakeholders to develop and enhance the product. Given the nascent nature of the product, there are many opportunities for impactful contributions that will come from experimentation, market research, competitor analysis, user testing, and speaking with customers. As a Junior Product Manager, you will tackle various product problems under the guidance of more senior product managers.

What You Will Be Working On

Depending on product needs and features' scope, you will engage with different parts of the product management process and product lifecycle. The main responsibility will involve creation and enhancement of sensibly-sized features such that there are deliverables and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quickly get up-to-speed and rapidly become a subject matter expert on the OTT SaaS space
• Understand existing product directions and competitor positioning
• Discover, analyze, and present new features and enhancements
• Breakdown and structure business and technical requirements
• Work with development teams to bring features and enhancements into the product
• Measure performance and decide on iterative improvements
• Present findings to stakeholders and organize feedback

What We Are Looking For

We value diverse perspectives and skills. While you don't need to meet every requirement, having some familiarity or budding expertise in the following areas will help you succeed:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of related experience; previous work experience in tech companies as part of the software development team and experienced with the software development lifecycle
• Experience in Agile software development or a similar framework
• Strong interest in Product Management, Development, and SaaS platforms.
• Familiarity with coding, AI-assisted coding, automation software, UI / UX tools, and prototyping tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to translate product requirements to developer actionable tasks such as user stories.
• A proven sense of curiosity and a proactive approach to learning new concepts and technologies through previous projects and initiatives
