Role: ServiceNow Operational Resiliency Expert
Location: Singapore
Experience: 9+ Years
Expert in Operational Risk and Custom Module Development
Required Skills and Experience:
Overall 9+ years of proven experience in the operational risk domain, ideally within financial services, technology, or regulated industries.
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow, specifically the Operational Resiliency module.
- Demonstrated ability to customize ServiceNow modules and develop new features using scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), UI policies, business rules, and workflows.
- Solid understanding of operational resiliency principles, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations and data management is a plus.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable.
