Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Marketing & Business Development Executive fluent in English and Mandarin to strengthen our group marketing function. Based in Singapore, you will design and deliver marketing and business development activities that target existing and prospective clients while gaining exposure to regional and global initiatives.

This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow their career in marketing within a consultancy context. You will have the opportunity to directly shape how we present our brand, engage clients, and support high-level business growth initiatives across Asia.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing & Business Development

- Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to raise the company's profile and attract new clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and manage prospect contact lists.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects that strengthen business development efforts.

Digital Marketing & Content

- Manage the company's digital presence, including website updates, content creation, and analytics.
- Drive engagement on social media platforms with compelling, timely content.
- Produce and maintain marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and newsletters.

Events & Client Engagement

- Coordinate and support client-facing activities including events, briefings, and webinars.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and event outcomes.

Regional & Internal Support

- Provide support to our Taiwan office's marketing activities (in Chinese) as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues across offices to ensure brand and message consistency.
- Contribute to additional projects and initiatives to support smooth operations.

Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in marketing, business development, or a similar role—agency, corporate, or consultancy background preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including social media platforms, CMS, and analytics.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, HubSpot AI) to enhance productivity.
- A proactive and resourceful attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Interest in government relations, public policy, or consultancy services is a plus.
