Recruitment and Admin Executive

As a Recruitment and Admin Executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our team by identifying and attracting top talent to join our organization. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Screening and Assessment: Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates' suitability for the role, including assessing their skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization.
- Interviewing: Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtually, ensuring a positive candidate experience while gathering relevant information to make informed hiring decisions.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their team's needs, provide regular updates on recruitment progress, and collaborate on candidate selection.
- Job Offer Management: Extend job offers to successful candidates, negotiate terms when necessary, and facilitate the onboarding process.
- Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring clear communication and a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, recruitment activities, and other relevant data using our applicant tracking system.

- Local Diploma
