Assistant Manager/Senior Executive, Corporate Relations

The Executive plays a key role in conceptualising, planning, and executing activities and programs to meet the philanthropic needs of the National Dental Centre Singapore (NDCS) – Tooth Fairy Fund.
As a member of the philanthropic engagement team, the Executive is responsible for organising and coordinating various fundraising events and initiatives, driving annual gift and staff giving programs, and ensuring proper governance through data support for reporting and donation management systems. Additionally, the Executive will assist in identifying, cultivating, and stewarding major donors and partners. The Executive serves as a liaison for effective communication, contributing to the positive image of the Institute.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for conceptualising, planning, and running philanthropic engagement activities for staff, alumni, current and potential donors, or other significant stakeholders who can be cultivated to make a regular gift and achieve strategic objectives for the institute's philanthropic requirements.
- Under this portfolio, the Executive will assist in content creation for social media campaigns, website, and printed collaterals such as gift forms, and the annual stewardship report to promote the institute's philanthropic causes.
- Assist in the stewardship of existing donors whilst engaging new potential donors to expand NDCS Tooth Fairy Fund footprint.
- Assist in identifying and establishing strategic partnerships with corporations, organisations and government bodies.
- The Executive will also be involved in administrative duties, which include liaising with SingHealth Fund (SHF) on all fundraising processes, reporting and data entry in gift processing and donation management systems, tax receipts, and ensuring proper governance
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- University degree in Communications or Business.
- Two years' relevant experience in fundraising activities or events management.
- Fresh graduates with aptitude and a passion for making a difference in the Community.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Strong administrative, analytical skills with an eye for detail.
- Confident and self-driven.
- Excellent spoken and written command of English and a second language.
- Experience in Microsoft 365, Adobe Photoshop and Canva is an added advantage.
