Adjunct Trainer

Position Overview

FirstCom Academy is looking for knowledgeable and energetic Adjunct Trainers to deliver training in TikTok Shop, TikTok marketing, and affiliate marketing strategies . This role is ideal for individuals with strong practical experience in short-form video commerce, influencer collaboration, and social commerce campaigns. Trainers must possess relevant WSQ training certifications (ACLP or ACTA) and have a solid background in digital marketing , either through education or industry experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct WSQ-accredited courses related to TikTok Shop setup, TikTok content marketing, short-form video engagement, and affiliate marketing strategies.
• Apply real-world examples and hands-on demonstrations to reinforce key concepts and learning outcomes.
• Participate in curriculum improvements and deliver course content in alignment with FirstCom's curriculum and learning standards.
• Facilitate manual and digital assessments to evaluate and track learner performance and progress.
• Ensure learners meet the specified course learning objectives through engaging and effective teaching methods.

Assessment Integrity

• Uphold the highest standards of assessment integrity, ensuring that assessments follow WSQ guidelines and internal policies.
• Ensure that all assessment questions are marked, and learners' answers are accurately evaluated.
• Verify that all questions are answered and attempted by learners. Incomplete responses should not be marked as "pass."
• Conduct and properly document oral recovery sessions, ensuring transparency and consistency.

Administrative Responsibilities

• Complete and submit Assessment Summary Records (ASRs) and other required documentation in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and learner-related data.
• Provide feedback to ensure that all training materials remain up-to-date and relevant in accordance with industry standards.

Learner Support and Engagement

• Provide constructive feedback on assessments and offer guidance for learners to improve.
• Address learner concerns professionally, promoting a supportive and positive learning environment.
• Foster inclusivity and respect in the classroom, ensuring equal learning opportunities for all students.

Compliance and Reporting

• Adhere to FirstCom's policies, WSQ standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with educational trends and best practices.
• Report any non-compliance or assessment integrity issues to management promptly.

Collaboration and Teamwork

• Collaborate effectively with other trainers, curriculum developers, and operational teams to ensure a cohesive learning experience.

• Must possess ACTA (Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment) or ACLP (Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance).

• Degree or formal qualifications in Digital Marketing , Marketing Communications , E-commerce , or related disciplines.

• Proven industry experience managing TikTok Shop accounts, TikTok marketing campaigns, and affiliate/influencer programs.
• Strong understanding of TikTok's algorithm, video creation best practices, affiliate tagging, and sales funnel optimization.
• Prior experience with e-commerce platforms or performance marketing tools is highly desirable.

• Strong presentation and facilitation skills for adult learners.
• Proficient in TikTok's creator tools, TikTok Shop backend, and relevant affiliate platforms.
• Able to simplify technical concepts and translate them into actionable strategies.
• Familiarity with other tools like CapCut, Canva, TikTok Ads Manager, and affiliate dashboards is a bonus.
