Job Description : We are seeking a passionate and experienced Higher Learner Trainers to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and informative training sessions to adult learners in various IT-related fields. Responsibilities Design and deliver training programs on a variety of IT topics, including UX/UI, product management, full-stack development, data analytics, cloud computing, and new media digital marketing. Develop course content, assessments, and learning resources in alignment with IHL requirements. Assess learner progress and provide mentorship. Stay updated with industry trends and technology tools. Collaborate with other team members to ensure the success of training programs. Assist and coordinate with stakeholders and learning needs etc Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field At least 2 years of experience in training or experience in an IHL Strong knowledge of the IT industry Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Min 6 half day .
