We are seeking an experienced patient service Manager to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and compassionate patient journey.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Oversee and manage patient bill collection processes, including follow up with patients or their families
  • Ensure accurate and timely collection of deposits and financial documentation
  • Lead and supervise a team to deliver high-quality patient services in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Develop and implement workflows that enhance patient experience and improve service efficiency
  • Collaborate with nurses and other service departments to ensure seamless co-ordination of patients' discharges and completion of patients' charges
  • Handle patient inquiries, feedback, and concerns with tact and professionalism

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, Business Administration or related field
  • Min 5 years of working experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Dynamic individual with ability to lead, coach, and develop a team of high-performing team
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, and problem-solving skill sets
  • High level of integrity, solution-focused and highly organized
  • Fluent in multi-dialects / languages to engage a diverse patient population, is preferred
